It is a myth that winter is not a good time to sell a residential property! The best time to sell a property is when it is the right time for the seller. At any given time, there are buyers in the market for various reasons which has nothing to do with seasonal conditions.
In fact, winter can often be a good time to sell as there is less competition in the market. At any time of the year an owner should present their property as well as possible and price at market value in order to obtain the best price.
